Bark & Bite Boutique Refunds & Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Due to hygiene and bundle packaging, bundles are final sale.
Size exchanges may be available for unused hoodie/harness within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

  • Most new, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Some products from third-party brands or outside suppliers may have different return policies. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page or at checkout.

  • For items fulfilled by other brands or suppliers, returns may need to be sent directly to the supplier. We’ll provide you with the correct return instructions if this applies to your order.

  • Personalized or custom items, final sale items, and any sale items clearly stated as non-refundable at purchase cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Size Selection: All of our items are organized in collections based on the size of dog they are known to fit. It is the customer’s responsibility to review sizing information and select the correct size before purchasing. We are not responsible for items ordered in the wrong size.

Store Credit

  • Once we receive your returned item (or confirmation from our partner supplier), we will issue store credit for the value of the item.

  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong size due to a fulfillment error on our part, or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange for an exchange or replacement, subject to availability.

  • Some third-party items may have different exchange policies—please check the product page for details.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • For items returned directly to a supplier, we’ll provide the supplier’s return address and instructions.
